Well who says girls nowadays cant cook?
hehe i'm just lazy to cook....but you know...
Some days... happy days.... and I hav the sudden urge
To cook for my hungry dying sister....
hahaha i'm jokin... but she is hungry....
but tat's not y i cooked... hahaha
Ok so I remembered we still have great Kim-Chee in the freezer...
The Kim-Chee is premium quality hahaha flown from Korea...
Ofcos none r locally made haha
Well my dad's Korean friend brought them from Korea when he came for a meeting haha
And it's really premium quality...
So Guess how I "destroy" such tasty and expensive Kim-Chee??
haha... I made Kim-Chee Mix/Stir Fried Rice... (^, ^)v *Yeah*
You know I do it like the Korean way which they mix rice with Kim-Chee
And lick the spoon clean hahaha.....
yap if you watch Korean shows you'll always see tat...
*ok it's not bi-bim-bab if you r thinking... it's diff...
So I cooked the rice =D Japanese fat fat rice hehe
mix with our normal rice so it's not too soft...
And I cut the "3 layer pork"
(hahaha direct translation from chinese "shan chen rou")
hahaha... it's the fatty part of the pork...
I marinated the pork dices with the sauce from the Kim-Chee
Added some sesame oil(I love sesame oil) with some light soya sauce...
After that i stir fry the pork dice till they r almost 3/4 done
I add in the rice and the Kim-Chee (so the pork don over cook)
Stir n mix... Stir n mix....
hehe... then Ta-da!!!
Like Golden Fried Rice hahaha
But don look very nice la...
Since it doesnt look good >>>
I made it into a hearty shape hehehe
Now look like heart-shaped "ba zhang" rice dumpling
haha...
Well it's a bit too spicy and sour for me....
but I love the pork hahaha....
Maybe the Kim-Chee can burn some fats off the fatty pork hahaha
hehe nice?
Well my mom did once n I liked it...
I can cook other stuff too hehe...
Cos I don eat instant noodles....
The only thing is I cook when I feel like it (seldom) and
They don look very good hahaha.... opps!! =P
