Wow, there is a difference in with and without makeup.
I once heard a girl told me that a beautiful woman is one who makes the effort to put up make up, and an ugly woman is one who do not care about what she puts on.
For me as a man, looking at you. I will want a woman who knows when to make up, and also knows when to be simple. That is why a lot of men have affair outside, because their women do not know when to be simple and when to make up. This is a tip for all the ladies out there, and you too Cassey.
I must say both looks beautiful in their way. Is that the answer you want? B)

well it's true...there's diff dressing and makeup for diff occasions...
like you cant wear too heavy makeup when u go shopping and u cant wear too little makeup for a photoshoot haha...
Putting on makeup is showing respect to others,
like a meeting, to "dress up", makeup is dressing up to sell yourself, to look presentable(not drugy or hagged).
Like telling others you r important n i respect you so i dress up for you...
But the Most Important part is...
you have to be comfortable...
There's no point doing it if you hate the way you look...
You have to feel beautiful and confident...
You have to be comfortable in your own skin...
