Silent Night

This year's (2008) Christmas
I decided to stay home with my love ones
Online & Offline haha...

My family dont celebrate Christmas...
But this festive season never fail
to make me feel the love and warmth
of everyone around me.

We started off the night with a simple dinner
And chit chat over wine...
Ooo... I love wine!!

A girl with a sweet tooth like me,
Love Ice Wine!!!
Thx to my sister's boyfriend Yos,
For sharing his collection of Ice wine with us (^u^)

It's a dessert drink with
an intense, sweet and sumptuous taste of
fresh tangerine, papaya and lychee.
Goes very well with lightly sweeten desserts~*

But Yos have a funny way of drinking Ice wine...
Yos way: Lightly sweeten dessert became
"Bak Gua" Chinese BBQ Pork Jerky - LOL
I must say... not too bad!!

Amazing delicious stuff I found out!!
The Inniskillin Ice winery Niagara/Okanagan

The grapes are left on the vine well
into the winter months to concentrate
and intensify the flavours,
as the water content freezes,
thaws and dehydrates in each precious Icewine grape.

The intense liquid from the grapes
slowly fermented over the coming months.
And this delicate nectar eventually become Icewine~*

My my.... doesnt it sound Yummy?!

Next time when you are at the duty free,
Be sure to grab a bottle of this delicious Inniskillin Ice wine.
